1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Clearwater SEO Company website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services
Clearwater SEO Company provides search engine optimization, local SEO, reputation management, web design, and content writing services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements provided to each client.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information needed to perform our services
- Grant necessary access to websites, analytics, and business profiles
- Review and approve content and changes in a timely manner
- Maintain timely payment according to agreed terms
4. No Guarantees on Rankings
While we use proven strategies and best practices, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings. Search algorithms are controlled by third parties (Google, Bing, etc.) and are subject to change. We commit to following industry best practices and providing transparent reporting.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all deliverables (content, designs, code) become the property of the client. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not share business strategies, analytics data, or proprietary information with third parties without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Clearwater SEO Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
